1. Cancel in your account
Open Plan & billing and choose Cancel renewal. Confirm your choice. Your VPN access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further annual renewal is scheduled. You can resume renewal before the paid period ends.
2. Requesting a refund
Cancellation of renewal does not automatically reverse a completed payment. If you believe a charge is incorrect or need help with a purchase, submit a billing support request from your account. Include the invoice reference and a description of the issue. Do not include card numbers. Refund requests are reviewed by the service operator. We do not advertise a money-back guarantee in this build.
3. Payment failures
Service access is suspended when a subscription payment fails. Update your payment method through the secure Stripe billing portal. A successful payment restores access if your subscription has not already been canceled. After three recorded failed attempts the subscription is canceled; a new plan is needed to restart service.
4. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, applicable cancellation rights, or remedies required by law. Where local law requires a refund or other remedy, that law applies.
