1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract. Provide an accurate email address, verify it, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not resell or share account access outside your own permitted devices.
2. Your annual plan
The plan costs $24 USD per year, billed in advance. Applicable taxes are displayed before you pay. Your subscription automatically renews annually until you cancel renewal. The plan includes unlimited traffic, every available location, and up to 3 registered devices. Available locations and connection methods may change. Native apps are offered only when listed as available on the Apps page.
3. Billing and cancellation
Stripe processes payments and stores payment information. Update your payment method and view invoices through Billing in your account. Cancel automatic renewal at any time; your paid access continues until the end of your billing period. Payment failures suspend VPN access. Payment success restores access while the subscription remains recoverable. The subscription is canceled after the third recorded failed payment attempt; restoring a canceled subscription requires a new purchase.
4. Using the service responsibly
There are no traffic quotas or plan-based location restrictions. This does not authorize illegal activity. Do not use the service to commit fraud, distribute malware, attack systems, send spam, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with network operation. We may suspend or terminate access where required by law, for security incidents, or for material misuse.
5. What a VPN does and does not do
A VPN protects the connection between your device and the VPN server. It does not guarantee anonymity, malware protection, uninterrupted service, a particular speed, or compatibility with every website or streaming service. Local network rules, third-party services, and applicable law still apply.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
Turning off renewal does not automatically refund an existing payment. See the Cancellation & refunds page for the process. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies under applicable law continue to apply.
7. Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service, but outages, maintenance, and network limitations can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.
8. Changes and contact
